		<description><![CDATA[Thanks for the questions.  Here are some answers:

BoardReader (http://www.boardreader.com) measures activity of a Message Board by the number of THREADS, and POSTS published over a time period usually one week (7 days).  We also measure during that time period how many unique Authors posted those THREADS, and POSTS.  These factors make up a Message Boards Ranking over that time period.  At this time these Rankings are just based on volumes and nothing more.  In the future we hope to add more weight to other items such as authority and influence of a site (Message Board), and its Authors.

As for Links, this is really simple.  We currently count links for a rolling period of time, then we count INBOUND and OUTBOUND LINKS for each specific Domain and show such results in our DOMAIN INFO PAGES for each URL (i.e. - http://boardreader.com/domain/apple.com).
