After doing the sudo install stuff I get the following error:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
non-free-codecs: Depends: w32codecs but it is not going to be installed
E: Broken packages
I am following this HOWTO in the hopes of getting w32codecs libdvdcss installed so I can install Mplayer. I have gutsy.

amperstand is just one of the elements not correctly displayed with the tags. So I went back to plain code tags for this line for now.
